About the event

Scott Ibex is an award-winning (Indie Acoustic Project 2023) musical artist originally from New York City. Five years ago he found his love, happiness, and family in the Czech Republic. He winters there performing at jazz festivals (Mandau Jazz Official Artist Selection 2023 and 2024), clubs, and, at city sponsored musical events. During the spring and summer season he returns home to the US to perform and tour.  Scott is touring with Buddy an excellent singer-songwriter and blues accompanist Our duo would puts on a great roots and blues show that would be sure to entertain all comers.

Check out Scotts' original song "Deep Bottom Blues" This is actually a world premier and official copyrighted version of Scott Ibex's original blues crooner, Deep Bottom Blues. Imagine being so down, you are buried below the catfish swimming in the river. This is the inspiration behind this original blues tune composed and performed by Scott Ibex with Ivan Paisrt Jr. on bass guitar. This was filmed absolutely live in Germany on September 24th, 2022. No edits, small club, intimate duet. Scott Ibex performs on a Furch Yellow Series Acoustic Guitar, a Shure SM57 Beta for Vocals, and uses Hohner Harmonicas.
