A Church is open for small group gatherings.
In accordance with Public Health and State mandates for venues,
A Church will open its doors and host gatherings
at 75 % capacity.
As all of you are awaiting updated information on COVID regulations, we are diligently keeping up with the new mandates that are surfacing due to the uptick in COVID cases. Please be patient with us as information is constantly changing.
Wearing Masks for Indoor Gatherings
Based on updates from the CDC which adds a recommendation that fully vaccinated people wear a mask in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high transmission of the Covid-19 virus, A Church has decided to strongly encourage participants
to wear masks in the building during this increase of positive numbers.
Currently Chaffee County is an area of substantial transmission according to Chaffee County Public Health. We feel the need during this uptick in cases to strongly suggest mask wearing for gatherings, regardless of vaccination status.
If you forget to bring one there will be extra masks available
at the COVID station.
Thank you for caring for each other.
As the pandemic continues we will follow all local health precautions to foster a
safe and healthy environment for all.
We ask that all guests not vaccinated wear a mask, maintain 6 foot distance and stay home if you are not feeling well.
A touch less thermometer will be available to take temperature and cleaning wipes will be
provided for sanitizing after each meeting and gathering.
Public health is our priority.
All rooms are now available for rental.
Please understand that the safety of our community is our highest priority and will abide by all rules and orders put forth by our
Governor, Jared Polis, Mayor, P.T. Woods and Chaffee CountyPublic Health.
We applaud Salida, Poncha Springs and Buena Vista's response with their generosity towards donating to local businesses, assisting people in need of food, PPE supplies and mental health.
It is times like these that communities can make a difference and
Chaffee County is STRONG and UNITED!
