Kelley Mickwee's music has a decidedly Americana flavor thanks to the combination of honky-tonk twang, folk elements, and a dash of rock 'n' roll. Her compositions deal with issues of love, loss, and self-discovery, and the lyrics vividly depict the highs and lows of life. Her voice is one of the most recognizable talents making music in her home state of Texas.
