SadHands

Sadhands are an “Alt-country, folk-rock” band, originating in the Rocky Mountain town of Salida, CO, bringing freshly created originals and inspired covers ranging from old-school country classics to the occasional ‘80s pop hit, always with their own unique twist.

With a comfortable sonic edge and lyrics that express deeply-rooted life experiences, Sadhands create a unique small-town sound that transcends what one may expect from a “low-effects” trio. Weaving together the classic sounds of guitar, drums, and bass, this band leads listeners to both familiar and novel corners of folk, jazz and country.

Sadhands are excited to join forces with the very talented Aaron Robbins on bass guitar (sitting in for Mark Monk) and Kevin Graf on keys. These two masterful musicians will bring a fresh, new enhancement to Sadhands musical sound-scape that you won't want to miss.
